About Sketching Course

A liner (technical pen) is a pen with a constant ink supply. It writes more brightly and evenly and comes in different thicknesses. Drawing with a ink pen is a form of graphic art. Graphics develops attention to detail, textures, and shadows since there is no possibility to use color for artistic effect (though, colors can be added later). It also develops motor skills and patience because strokes need to be small, frequent, and precise.

The course is designed for beginners and includes elements of sketching, academic drawing, and graphic art.

Classes are conducted in Russian. Terms are provided in both languages. I will translate for English-speaking children. Recommended age is 8-13 y/o.
